  - Sunday, April 28th at 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

  - Sunday, May 19th at 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

  - Saturday, June 15th at 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

  - Sunday, July 28th at 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

  - Saturday, August 10th at 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.

  - Sunday, September 22nd at 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.








DESCRIPTION


We will walk the 3 mile loop around the park, stopping at least a half dozen times to practice yoga and pose for individual/group photos. Each stop will be at a different beautiful location along the trail with views of the river, docks, walking bridge, wooded area, etc. This is a flat walking trail so all you need are comfortable shoes and a yoga mat. We will provide a yoga sling to easily carry your mat with you on this walk. Please remember that tickets MUST be purchased in advance.
