At Stay Centered Yoga, LLC, we are focused on providing yoga classes with the highest levels of client satisfaction – we will do everything we can to meet your expectations.

Advantages of Taking Private, Live-Streaming Yoga Classes

SAVE MONEY: You will save money by taking private, live-streaming yoga classes. There is absolutely no travel cost and your Skype account is free.

EASY TO BEGIN: All you need is a Skype account and a laptop with a built-in camera or a webcam.

CONVENIENCE: Take private, live-streaming yoga classes from any location, including the comfort of your own home.

FLEXIBLE HOURS: We offer classes in the morning, afternoon and evening to accommodate all schedules. 

EFFECTIVE LEARNING: You will be taking private, live-streaming yoga classes with a certified yoga instructor. You will not be distracted by other students like you would in a traditional yoga studio setting.

Six Types of Yoga Classes We Offer

Hatha Yoga - Refers to any practice that combines poses, or asanas, with breathing techniques, or pranayamas. The goal of a basic hatha class is to develop flexibility and balance and to integrate breath into every movement. It is generally relaxing and restorative.

Power Yoga - This fairly fast-paced style requires you to move continuously throughout the class. The most well-known vinyasa sequence is the sun salutation, a flowing series of lunging, bending, and stretching asanas. Expect to do standing and seated poses that develop strength, flexibility and balance.

Recovery Yoga - This is centering of your breath and body. Aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time.

Hatha Plus - This is my own personal combination of Hatha and Power Yoga. During each class, we will switch back and forth every five minutes between gentle stretching and quicker movements. 

Yoga Sculpt - Combine traditional yoga poses and sequences with hand weights to maximize your workout. 

Gentle Yoga with Meditation - This class is structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. It focuses on the intersection of body, mind, and spirit, and the balancing of energies. The class features easy yoga poses and sequences, gentle meditative exercises with the use of props (blankets, pillows, etc.), and relaxed breathing techniques. To decrease stress and reduce anxiety from a hard day, we diffuse Young Living oils, use plush props, play beautiful background music, read an inspirational passage and turn on soft lighting. Our studio is a calming oasis for anyone wanting to let the stress of the day melt away.
